Do you have a 4.0+ rating? If not, will you have a 4.0+ rating within the next year?

If the answer is 'no' to both questions, why? It is unacceptable to squander revenue each year. You must expect, plan, and only be satisfied with achieving and then maintaining a 4.0+ rating.

It is understood that what constitutes a rating is a moving target determined by the last couple of years and the next couple of years; nevertheless, not being accountable for and on top of this set of changing parameters is a sure way to fall behind a competitive marketplace.

We do appreciate that HEDIS measures have defined Star Ratings for 2010 based on 2008 results.
